Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 703

This 27-year-old woman was unhappy with the size of her breasts and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 325 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen, flanks and inner and outer thighs to both breasts.

The result seen here just 4 months after surgery shows the balanced, larger, fuller look and size she was looking for.  She is very happy with how she looks and feels!
