Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting Before & After Case 755

This 27-year-old woman visited us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she wanted a larger, fuller look to her breasts because she was unhappy with the size and lack of fullness in appearance. 

"Composite Augmentation" surgery - which is breast augmentation surgery with the addition of fat grafting - is what was decided best for her during her consultation.

She had breast implant surgery using 350 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket under the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.  For added volume she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her flanks to both breasts.

She is very happy with her results!  It has been just 3 short months since her surgery.  The post-op photos seen here show how her implants have begun to settle into their pockets.  Her scars still have some redness but this will continue to fade over time.
