Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 13

This young woman was unhappy with the changes to her breasts after having her children and was looking for a larger breast size with a soft, natural appearance. 

In this case, a 3 cm incision in the inframammary fold (under the breast) was used to place a moderate sized implant in the sub-muscular space. 

The result seen here just 3 months after surgery is a natural, non-augmented look that she is very happy with.
