This healthy 39-year-old woman was unhappy with the size of her breasts and wanted a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 335 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket above the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

To help with improved fullness and symmetry she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her thighs to both breasts.

The outcome seen here after surgery demonstrates the larger size she was searching for and she is very happy with her results.
