Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 293

This healthy 38-year-old woman was unhappy with the size, asymmetry and droopiness of her breasts and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look.  She had breast implant surgery using 2 different sizes to accommodate pre-op asymmetry (310 gram and 330 gram silicone implants), placed in the sub-glandular pocket through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

The result seen here 3 months after surgery demonstrate that the symmetry, size and shape are much improved and the patient is very happy with her results.
