Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 314

This healthy 30-year-old mother was unhappy with the sagging appearance along with the changes to her breasts after a large loss of weight and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 345 gram silicone implants, placed in the sub-muscular pocket through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

The result seen here just 6 months after surgery show the larger, fuller look and size she was looking for and how the implants have settled nicely into the pockets.  And the best part is that she is very pleased!
