Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 374

This healthy 46-year-old mother was unhappy with the small size of her breasts and she wanted a larger, fuller look. 

"Composite Augmentation" surgery - which is breast augmentation surgery with the addition of fat grafting - is what was decided best for her during her consultation.

She had breast implant surgery using 365 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket above the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.  For added volume she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.

The photographed results seen here are done in 2 stages:

• Views 1 through 5:  Pre-op vs. 3 months Post-Op


• Views 6 through 10:  3 months Post-Op vs. 1 year Post-Op

She is very happy with her results and her implants have settled into the pocket very nicely over the full year after her surgery!
