This healthy 39-year-old woman was unhappy with the small size and sagging appearance of her breasts and wanted a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 310 gram silicone implants, placed in a pocket below the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

It's been just 3 short months after her surgery and she is already very pleased with her results that you see here in the photos!  Her incision scars are virtually invisible since they are hidden in the folds of her breasts.  Her implants have begun to settle into the pockets very nicely and will continue to do so over time.  Any redness of her scars will also fade as time goes on.
