Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 390

This 32-year-old mother was unhappy with the lack of fullness and shape of her breasts and wished to have fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position while keeping the same relative bra size.

During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided that breast augmentation surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift) was the best choice. 

She is very happy with her results!

The implants (295 gram silicone gel) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

The photos seen here 1 year after surgery show a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The scarring on her breasts have faded nicely.
