This healthy 33-year-old mother was unhappy with the size of her breasts and wanted a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery (using 345 gram silicone implants) placed in a pocket below the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

It's been just 3 short months after her surgery and she is already very happy with her resulting size and shape that you see here in the photos!  Her implants have begun to settle into the pockets and will continue to do so over time.  The redness of her scars will also fade as time goes on and become virtually invisible within her infra-mammary fold.
