Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 543

This 29-year-old patient is currently in her journey of gender affirmation from male to female.  While she has been taking hormone therapy for years at this point she has realized that there has not been much change in her breasts anymore and was unhappy with the size and contour of her breasts and wanted breast implants for a larger, fuller look. 

She had breast implant surgery using 215 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold.

For added volume of both sides she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.

The results seen here after surgery show the improved, fuller look and size she was looking for and she is very happy!
