Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 651

This 32-year-old woman was unhappy with the size and shape of her breasts and wanted to have larger, fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position. 

She had breast implant surgery using 415 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket under the muscle as well as Fat Grafting and a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants gave her the size, the fat grafting helped with fullness of both sides by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her legs to both breasts, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is very happy with her results!  The photos seen here 8 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.
