This 48-year-old woman was unhappy with the size, shape and sagging appearance of her breasts and wanted to have larger, fuller, perkier breasts and have her nipples lifted into a more desirable position. 

She had breast implant surgery using 350 gram silicone implants placed in a pocket under the muscle as well as a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants gave her the size and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

She is happy with her results!  The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward and how her implants have begun to settle into the pockets.  The redness of her scars will continue to fade over time.
