This thin, healthy, 36-year-old woman wanted to have a fuller more feminine appearing chest.
She had Breast Augmentation surgery using 290 gram, round, textured, cohesive silicone gel implants. The implants were placed in the sub-fascial plane (beneath the breast tissue and the covering layer of the muscle, but not under the muscle itself).
