2.5 Years Later - Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Case #790

This 41-year-old mother was unhappy with the small size and sagging appearance of her breasts and wanted to have fuller, larger breasts and have her nipples lifted into better position.  During her consultation with us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic she decided that breast augmentation surgery as well as a mastopexy (breast lift) was the best choice. 

The implants (350 gram silicone gel) which were placed under the muscle gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipples are in the correct position and the skin laxity is removed.

The before & after photos are in two sets:

• Views 1 through 5: pre-op vs. 3 months post-op
• Views 6 through 10: 3 months post-op vs. 2.5 years post-op

She is very happy with her results and tells us that she happy with how she looks and feels!  The results seen here show a well balanced, full chest with nipples facing forward.  It is easy to see how well her results have held after 2.5 years from the day of her surgery and that the redness of her scarring has completely faded to a pale, near invisible line.
