Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 823

This 40-year-old woman was unhappy with the sagging appearance and small size of her breasts.  She visited us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON as she was looking to have a larger, fuller look.

She had breast augmentation surgery using silicone gel implants (350 gram and 370 gram due to pre-operative asymmetry), which were placed in a pocket above the muscle through a short incision in the infra-mammary fold to give her the size and volume she was looking for in her breasts.

She is very happy with her new size and results!  The before & after photos seen here are just 3 months after the day of her surgery.  The result is a well balanced, full chest with good symmetry.  Her scars are well hidden as the implants continue to settle into their pockets.
