This 33-year-old woman was unhappy with the lack of fullness of her breasts but did not want implants as she felt the size and volume of her breasts were best kept proportionate to her body type.

Since she did not want much of a change in the way that an implant would do, she decided on Fat Grafting to build up the volume and size of her breasts.

Fat Grafting is the process of liposuctioning fat from an area of the body and transferring it to the area of need.  This helps to improve volume and shape all without the need of an implant.

In her case, fat was taken from her flanks and abdomen, then added to her breasts (235cc to each side) to build up volume and upper pole fullness to give the appearance she was looking for without seeming overly large.
