Breast Lift with Reduction plus Fat Grafting Case #765

This 42-year-old mother visited us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she was unhappy with the sagging appearance and overall changes of her breasts after having her children. 

She underwent a Mastopexy (breast-lift) with Reduction plus liposuction.  The reduction and liposuction was done to achieve the smaller size of her breasts and the mastopexy helped to elevate the breast tissue to a higher position on the chest wall and reposition both nipples.  For added volume in the areas that lacked fullness she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen and flanks to both breasts.

She is very happy with new size and shape!  Her breast size, shape and nipple position are greatly improved.  It has only been 3 months since the day she had surgery so her scars still have some redness to them, but they have healed nicely and will continue to fade over time.
