Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 401

This healthy 45-year-old woman previously had Breast Augmentation surgery with us here at the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo with great results that held incredibly well for over a decade.  But, over time she decided that she wanted her breasts to be bigger and appear fuller. 

She had breast implant revision surgery to exchange her existing 272 gram implants to the larger sized 450 gram implants.  For added volume and fullness she also had fat grafting performed by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her flanks, abdomen and thighs to both breasts. 

The result seen here 3 months after surgery shows her increased breast size with added fullness and she is pleased with the change!
