Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 572

After 15 years since her original breast augmentation surgery with a different surgeon out-of-country, this 55-year-old woman made the decision to have her implants removed. 

She had Breast Implant Explanation (Removal) surgery along with the removal of the capsule that forms naturally around the implant over time and fat grafting for added fullness by taking fat from her abdomen, flanks and both lateral chest areas with liposuction and transferring it to the areas needed.  Plus, to help with the sagging appearance and to correct an old scar indentation she also had a mastopexy (breast lift).

The result seen here just 2.5 months after surgery shows that she has healed very well with a very natural appearance.  Most importantly, she is pleased with her results.
