Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 596

This 67-year-old woman was unhappy with the asymmetry and capsular contracture of her breasts (worse on her right side) causing implant malposition after having previous breast augmentation surgery over 40 years ago at another facility. 

At the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, she had breast implant revision surgery to correct the capsular contracture and remove the old saline implants.  In addition, her old implants were replaced with 430 gram silicone implants.

The result seen here just 3 months after surgery demonstrates that the size and shape are greatly improved.  She is very happy with her results!
