After having had breast augmentation surgery nearly 10 years ago, this 62-year-old woman wanted her implants removed as she was unhappy with the asymmetry and capsular contracture of her breasts causing superior implant malposition.
She had breast implant removal surgery with capsulectomy.
The implants were removed using the same scar as her original surgery which is well hidden in her infra-mammary fold. She is happy with her decision and feeling well just 2 months after surgery.
