Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 652

This 63-year-old woman previously had a lumpectomy and radiation to her left breast over 10 years ago and has been unhappy with the asymmetry and sagging appearance of her right breast compared to her left breast. 

She underwent a Balancing Mastopexy (breast-lift) with Volume Reduction plus liposuction.  The reduction and liposuction was done to achieve the smaller size of her right breast and the mastopexy helped to elevate the breast tissue to a higher position. 

It has been 3 months years since her surgery and she is pleased with her results.  Her clothes and bras now fit better with a much more balance chest.
