Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 685

After approximately 15 years since her original breast augmentation surgery with a different clinic, this 57-year-old woman made the decision to have her implants removed.  Although she was not unhappy with how she looked and felt with her implants, she decided that they just were not right for her at this stage in her life. 

She had Breast Implant Explanation (Removal) surgery along with the removal of the capsule that forms naturally around the implant over time.

The result seen here just 4 months after surgery shows that she has healed very well with some evidence of a lack of upper pole fullness after the removal of her implants.  Most importantly, she is happy and tells us that she feels good about her decision to remove her implants.
