Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 705

This 67-year-old woman was unhappy with the asymmetry of her breasts due to a rupture of her saline implant on the left side and capsular contracture on her right side causing implant malposition after having previous breast augmentation surgery nearly 30 years ago with another surgeon. 

At the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, she had breast implant revision surgery to correct the capsular contracture and remove the old saline implants.  In addition, her old implants were replaced with 365 gram silicone implants.

The result seen here just 3 months after surgery demonstrates that the size and shape are greatly improved.  She is very happy with her new results!
