Breast Implant Exchange Case #744

This 61-year-old woman previously had breast augmentation surgery with another surgeon at another facility nearly 40 years ago.  She had notice changes to the shape of her breasts which ending up being caused by the old silicone implants rupturing. 

At the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, she had Breast Implant Revision surgery to remove the old silicone implants and replace them with new 255 gram silicone implants.  Also, to help with the sagging appearance and fullness, she had a Mastopexy (Breast Lift) to remove excess skin and help lift the nipples into a more desirable position.

She is very pleased with her transformation!  The result seen here just 3 months after surgery demonstrates the improvement she was looking for.  Her scars still have some redness to them but this will continue to fade over time.
