Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 811

This 49-year-old woman previously had breast augmentation surgery 13 years ago (304cc silicone implants).  She came to visit us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo as she was was unhappy with the changes to her right breast over time resulting in superior malposition. 

During consultation with her, she decided to have her implants removed.

She had bilateral breast implant removal surgery with capsulectomy and, instead of adding implants back, had fat grafting for added fullness by taking fat from her flanks and thighs with liposuction and transferring it to the areas needed. 

She is pleased with her results!  The results seen here 9 months after surgery demonstrates an excellent overall outcome with good size, shape and symmetry.
