Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 830

This 44-year-old woman previously had breast augmentation surgery with a mastopexy with another surgeon 10 years ago.  Although there was nothing wrong with the implants themselves, she came to The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic as she was unhappy with the implants drifting over time causing them to be malpositioned well below the nipple line.  She told us that had happened within a year and also again after having had corrective surgery one year after her original procedure.

During consultation with her, she decided to have her implants exchanged to a smaller size and a mastopexy.

She had breast implant revision surgery to remove her original implants (615cc silicone) and replaced with 450cc silicone implants.  The mastopexy (breast-lift) helped to elevate the implants into a more desirable position with nipples facing forward.

The result seen here just 3 short months after surgery demonstrates that the shape, position and upper pole fullness are much improved.

She is absolutely thrilled with her results!  She tells us that she doesn't have to wear big shirts anymore, her posture is much improved and her breast don't hurt anymore.
