Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 876

This 54-year-old woman previously had breast augmentation surgery with another surgeon 25 years ago.  Although there was nothing wrong with the implants themselves, she came to The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON as she was unhappy with the implants drifting over time causing them to be malpositioned with a sagging appearance.

During consultation with her, she decided to have her implants exchanged to a slightly larger size and a mastopexy.

She had breast implant revision surgery to remove her original implants (425cc saline) and replaced with 490cc silicone implants.  The mastopexy (breast lift) helped to elevate the implants into a more desirable position with nipples facing forward.

She is so very happy with her results!  The result seen here just 3.5 months after surgery demonstrates that the shape and position are much improved.  Her scars still have some redness to them, but this will continue to fade over time.
