Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 933

This 73-year-old woman previously had saline breast augmentation surgery more than 25 years ago.  She came to The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON as she was unhappy with the changes to her breasts implants that had deflated.

It was decided to have her implants exchanged, have the capsules removed and have a mastopexy (breast lift).

She had breast implant revision surgery to remove her original saline implants and replaced with 295cc silicone implants.  The mastopexy (breast lift) helped to elevate the implants into a more desirable position with nipples facing forward.

She is so very happy with her results!  The result seen here just 3.5 months after surgery demonstrates that the shape and position are much improved.  Her scars still have some redness to them, but this will continue to fade over time.
