Like many men of his age and stage, this 32-year-old man was unhappy with the feminine appearance of his chest. There was excessive fat and breast gland, giving his breasts a larger, non-masculine appearance.

He had our standard gynecomastia procedure, with liposuction and resection of breast gland tissue, all done through an 7 mm incision on the side of the chest. 

The result shows a much improved chest contour, with a more masculine appearance, all done with almost no scar at all.  And you may have noticed how many before and after photos he has!  Here's the breakdown:
