This healthy 34-year-old man was bothered by the appearance of his chest as there was excessive fat and breast gland, giving his breasts a larger appearance causing him to avoid any shirtless activities.
He underwent gynecomastia surgery, with liposuction and resection of breast gland tissue, all done through a 7 mm incision on the side of the chest.
He loves his results! The before and after photos show the improved chest contour, with a more masculine appearance, all done with almost no scar at all.
