Male Breast Reduction / Gynecomastia Before & After Case 419

This 37-year-old father was bothered and embarrassed by the appearance of his chest as there was excessive fat and breast gland, giving his breasts a larger appearance causing him to avoid shirtless activities.

He had our standard gynecomastia procedure, with liposuction and resection of breast gland tissue, all done through a 7 mm incision on the side of the chest. 

The result after 3 months shows the improved chest contour, with a more masculine appearance, all done with almost no scar at all.
