Male Breast Reduction / Gynecomastia Before & After Case 43

This active, healthy 33-year-old man was unhappy with the appearance of his chest. There was excessive fat and breast gland, giving his breasts a larger, non-masculine appearance causing him to avoid shirtless activities and feel embarrassed by the appearance of his chest.

He had our standard gynecomastia procedure, with mild liposuction and resection of breast gland tissue, all done through a 7 mm incision on the side of the chest. 

The result shows a much improved chest contour, with a more masculine appearance, all done with almost no scar at all.  He is feeling great and happy with his results.
