For many years this 23-year-old man was bothered and embarrassed by the appearance of his chest as there was excessive fat and breast gland, giving his chest a larger and unwanted appearance.  He told us that he would avoid any shirtless activites.

He had our standard gynecomastia procedure with liposuction and resection of breast gland tissue, all done through a 7 mm incision on the side of the chest..

The results seen here after 3 months show the improved chest contour, with a more masculine appearance, all done with almost no scar at all.
