Male Breast Reduction / Gynecomastia Before & After Case 767

For over 40 years, this 63-year-old man was bothered and embarrassed by the appearance of his chest as there was excessive fat and breast gland, giving his chest a larger and unwanted appearance.  This would always make him very self-conscious about it.

He had our standard gynecomastia procedure, with liposuction and resection of breast gland tissue, all done through a 7 mm incision on the side of the chest.

He is very happy with his results!  The results seen here after 3 months show the improved chest contour, with a more masculine appearance, all done with almost no scar at all.  He tells us that he can now wear a t-shirt with confidence and that he wished that he had done this 40 years ago.
