This 52-year-old woman was unhappy with the way the skin of her lower eyelids was drooping and creating heavy appearing folds, creases and wrinkling, and she felt that it made her look old and tired than she actually feels.

She underwent a transcutaneous lower lid blepharoplasty with fat repositioning while doing it all without leaving a visible scar.
