Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 291

This 54-year-old woman was unhappy with the way the excess skin of her upper eyelids was drooping and creating a heavy appearance overtop of her eyes, along with how the skin of her lower eyelids was drooping and creating heavy appearing folds and creases, and she felt that it made her look older and tired.

She underwent upper and lower lid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) while doing it all without leaving a visible scar.

As you can see in the post operative photos 2 years later, the subtle but effective changes to her eyelids have held up great and make her eyes seem more awake and the heavy appearance has greatly improved!
