This 60-year-old woman was unhappy with the way the excess skin of her upper eyelids was drooping and creating a heavy appearance overtop of her eyes, and she felt that it made her look tired all the time.

She underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) which was completed without leaving a visible scar.

As you can see in the post operative photos just 3 months later, the subtle but effective changes to her eyelids make her eyes seem more awake and the tired appearance is gone!
