Eyelid Lift Before & After Case 96

This very pleasant middle aged gentleman was self conscious about the appearance of his lower eyelids.  He had tried many types of over-the-counter remedies, and was disappointed when none of them worked.  In this case, we did a trans-cutaneous (through the lid) lower eyelid lift with removal and repositioning of the lower eyelid fat.  Some excess poor quality skin was removed, and the lid was supported with a canthopexy (corner-supporting) stitch to make sure the lid position stayed where it belonged.
