This 69-year-old woman was unhappy with her sagging jowls, excess fat and skin around her chin and jaw line along with the saggy appearance of her neck, the deep creases around her mouth and nose, and tired appearance.  She always felt that she looked older than how she felt on the inside.

She underwent a facelift to help tighten and lift all of these areas while removing the excess skin that was causing it.  Fat grafting was performed with liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her abdomen to her chin, nasolabial folds and marionette lines to fill in those deep-lined areas.

She is very happy with her results just 3 months after her surgery!  Her healing journey is still ongoing, so any residual swelling will continue to fade over time.
