This 43-year-old woman was unhappy with the lack of fullness and shape of her breasts and wanted to have fuller, perkier breasts.  She was also unhappy with excessive fat and skin on her abdomen along with the bulging appearance of her abdominal wall.

So, she came to visit us here at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON to explore the options available to her.

During her consultation she decided on two surgeries at the same time which has been affectionately termed as a "Mommy Makeover" which includes an Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) along with breast surgery.  In her case, she had a Breast Augmentation with Fat Grafting.

The abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) included liposuction of the flanks, as well as repair of the separated abdominal muscles, and removal of the excess abdominal skin and fat.

Her breast implant surgery was done using 450cc silicone implants placed in a pocket above the muscle, under the glandular tissue as well as Fat Grafting.  The implants gave her the size she was looking for and the fat grafting helped with fullness of both sides by using liposuction techniques to transfer fat from flanks to both breasts.

She is so happy with her transformation!  The photos seen here just 3 months after her surgery show a balanced, full chest along with a much flatter tummy and tighter appearing core.  The new scars have begun to lose redness at this early stage and will continue to fade over time.
