Breast Augmentation plus Mastopexy (Breast Lift) Before & After Case 235

This 31-year-old woman was unhappy with the laxity and deflated appearance of her breasts and was wanting a larger, fuller look. 

She underwent breast implant augmentation surgery as well as a breast lift (mastopexy).  The implants (304 cc silicone) gave her the size and volume, and the breast lift tightened her skin so that her nipple is in the correct position, and the skin laxity is removed.

The photos seen here shows a well balanced, full chest with the nipples facing forward.  The most important result is a very happy patient!
