How Much Time Should I Plan for Treatment?
The length of time that an individual treatment will take generally depends on the patient preference and their comfort level. While the dermal filler facelift is one treatment, there are a variety of ways to go about it, and Majid will discuss the various options for treatment. For example, some patients prefer to spread one treatment over a series of visits, so the changes are slow and subtle. Others prefer to have their consultation and treatment performed at the same visit, taking approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
In the consultation, Majid will review your concerns and develop your individual treatment plan and the dermal filler products he will use to properly meet your needs. As nonsurgical treatments are not permanent, Majid will also discuss how often you will need to schedule follow-ups to maintain your result, which will depend on your individual metabolism and how your body processes the dermal filler.
Will I Need Downtime After Dermal Fillers?
The fantastic part of nonsurgical options is that they don’t require the amount of downtime that surgical options do. When booking a dermal filler facelift treatment, we recommend that patients try to avoid having the procedure done immediately prior to important events, as there is a possibility of slight bruising and/or swelling. Patients are also able to resume normal day-to-day activities with minimal restrictions immediately post-treatment, whereas downtime with surgeries can last days to weeks.
