Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 891

After having had implants for 2 years, this 39-year-old woman had a consultation with us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON because she wanted the implants removed as they felt uncomfortable, tight and had a feeling of pressure.

She had breast implant removal surgery which was done under local anesthetic alone.  The capsules surrounding the implants were found to be without issues, therefore they were not removed.

The result seen here is from the same day after her surgery.  The implants were removed using the same scar as her original surgery which will be hidden in her inframammary fold.  As she heals, her skin will shrink and change over the next 3 to 6 months.
