Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 897

This 59-year-old woman previously had breast augmentation surgery approximately 15 years ago.  She visited The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON as she was unhappy with the changes to her left breast which was found to have a ruptured implant.

It was decided to have both of her implants (272cc silicone) removed along with a capsulectomy on the left side, plus a mastopexy (breast lift) of both breasts using her natural size rather than having new implants.

The result seen here just 3.5 months after surgery demonstrates that her scars have healed nicely and still have some redness to them, but this will continue to fade over time.
