Breast Revision / Implant Removal Before & After Case 895

After having had breast implant surgery with another surgeon nearly 10 years ago, this 38-year-old woman had a consultation with us at The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Waterloo, ON because she wanted the implants removed.

She had breast implant removal surgery to remove her 295cc silicone implants which were in a pocket under the muscle.  The capsules surrounding the implants were also removed at the same time.  During surgery, it was found that the implant on the right side was upside down.

The result seen here in the before and after photos is 2.5 months after surgery.  The implants were removed using the same scar as her original surgery.  Her scars and skin have healed nicely and are settling well.
