This 55-year-old woman was unhappy with her sagging jowls, the fullness and sagging appearance of her neck, along with the deep creases around her mouth and nose.

She underwent a facelift to help tighten and lift all of these areas while removing the excess skin.  Fat grafting was performed with liposuction techniques to transfer fat from her jowls and neck to her cheeks, nasolabial folds and marionette lines to fill in those deep-lined areas.

Her results look so goo just 2.5 months after her surgery as seen in her before and after photos.  Her healing journey is still ongoing, so any residual swelling will continue to fade over time.
